Q: Does the advertised price include shipping charges?
A: Nope. This depends on the number of items purchased and your shipping address.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Yes, we do. However, you have to bear the cross-border transaction if you're living outside Malaysia. The fee is as below:

4% of the total amount to be transferred + 30-50 cents of your local currency

Q: My shipment still hasn't arrived after XX days. What should I do?
A: Firstly, you may track your shipment online via the tracking number provided (if your shipping option provides tracking). Secondly, you may call your local post office directly to check the status of your item. However, please be informed that our
products are packaged well when we send them and so far never was anything broken or lost on transport. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or not received once they have been mailed.

Q: May I reserve the item ?
A: Yes, you may up to a max of 3 days & payment must be made within this period. Otherwise, the item(s) will be re-opened for sale.

Q: What is the measurement for the scarf?
A: 90 cm x 90 cm.

Q: How do I make payment?
