PURCHASING INFO- Please Read

i)To order, kindly fill up the Order Form on the right panel of this page
ii) Starting now, we only offer delivery via Pos Laju within Malaysia.
iii) As stated in the FAQ, we cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or not received once they have been mailed.
iv)No return/exchange of goods allowed
v)Return customers are entitled for a special discount. Just notify me okay!
vi)Feel free to ask me anything regarding my products & I'll try my best to help. Don't worry, I don't bite =)
vii) Please read our FAQ before making any reservation or purchase
viii) Delivery will be made only after proof of payment is emailed to us
x) TyracShop says NO to Back Out Buyers, therefore Return Customers who backout after placing order will lose their eligibility for the 5% discount.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
i) During pre-order, I do not have the items in hand. Therefore, I will advertise whatever information that were made available to me by the supplier. If in any case, the actual measurements are different than shown on the blog, refund or exchange will be given with the in-stock items of the same price.
ii) Only fill up the order form when orders are confirmed, changes aren't allowed after your order has been submitted.
iii) Payment need to be made within 3-4 hours after order has been submitted. I have to be strict on this because there are just too many back-out customers who had gone MIA upon order submission
iv) 5% discount* will be given to return customers, 5% to first time buyers with purchase above RM 300. (*Doesn't apply to sale items)
v) Free postage* for customers who buy more than 3 dresses. Not 1 or 2 but 3 and above. Only applicable for West Malaysia only. (*Doesn't apply to sale items)
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
We accept payments via PayPal. Please select "Personal Payment" when making payment to avoid incurring transaction fees. However, PayPal may charge additional fees. Note that if you are paying :
a) using your PayPal funds in MYR credit, no additional charges will be incurred
b) using your PayPal funds in other currencies, the cross-border charges may apply and will be paid by customer:
4% of sales amount + RM 2
c) using your credit card linked to your PayPal account, the charges will also be paid by customer:
3.5% of sales amount + RM 2
POSTAGE CHARGES
The postage charges are calculated directly using Pos Laju website
